Delivery, Return & Exchange

Orders placed before 12 pm (GMT+2) will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery charges will be fetched automatically at checkout, estimated delivery time per location is as follow:
• Lebanon; within a maximum of 2 working days.
• GCC and rest of Middle East; within 7 to 8 working days.
• Rest of the world, within 10 working days.

However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within the above period of time, please get in touch on hello@standoutbrand.co

Please also note that:
• Placed orders cannot be cancelled.
• Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement

Our in-stock products can be returned/exchanged within 10 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:
• The product was received in the last 7 days.
• The product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.
To return/exchange a package, please follow the below steps:

• Let us know why you would like to return the package.
• Once you receive an email confirmation for a return, you will be provided with the details of how and where to ship the product back to, in its original packaging.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed at the bank within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing of the credit card.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return and exchange of a product are covered by the Client and not the Brand.

Damaged Items
Each and every item is checked carefully before being shipped to you. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately on hello@standoutbrand.co for assistance.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items can be returned.
